Information about buying tickets
We work in cooperation with the Deutsche Bahn AG (DB), the Nordhessischen Verkehrsverbund (NVV), the Verkehrsgemeinschaft Mittelthüringen (VMT), and accept the tickets from these partners. At various routes, we offer only for our own trains, special rates at the machine in the trains.
In every Shuttle you can find a ticket machine. There is also a machine in most stations. It is also possibile to ask in a DB travel service agency. (Only in bigger cities at the train stations)
The machine in the trains accepts: 5-, 10-, 50 Cent and 1€, 2€.coins and 5€-, 10€-, 20€-, 50€ notes.
Attention: You can’t buy a group ticket at the ticket machine.
Travelling with bikes
In our trains you can take your bike at no extra cost!
Travelling with pets
Important is the height of the animal! Pets up to the height of a cat can travel in a special box without incurring additional costs. If the pet is bigger than a cat, the owner has to buy a child ticket for the pet.
